HELP CENTER

DO I HAVE TO PRESENT MY OHIP HEALTH CARD TO RECEIVE CARE?

Yes - You have to present your valid OHIP Health Card OR Provincial Health Card at every medical visit.

For patients without a valid OHIP Health Card or Out-Of-Province Quebec residents, a minimum $50 medical visit FEE is required to be paid prior to being assessed by a doctor.

The FEE is refundable within 60 days of the medical visit ONLY when you present BOTH a valid OHIP Health Card for the date the visit was conducted and the original receipt.

Out-Of-Country residents will be charged a minimum of $100 Non-Refundable FEE per medical visit.

WHAT ARE YOUR CURRENT PATIENT PROCEDURES AS THEY RELATE TO THE COVID-19 VIRUS?

All patients must wear a mask or face-covering during in-person appointments.

All patients and guests will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms before entering the clinic.

All in-clinic persons must keep a distance of 2 meters apart other than during a necessary physical exam.

We maintain extremely high cleanliness & disinfectant standards as per current recommendations for COVID-19 prevention and management.

DO YOU OFFER VIRTUAL/TELEPHONE APPOINTMENTS?

Yes - If you are immunocompromised OR at an increased risk for severe illness from the virus that causes COVID-19 and would prefer a telephone appointment instead of an in-person visit, please call us to arrange this.

Alternatively, if you have a scheduled appointment, but prefer to avoid an in-person clinic visit, please don't cancel your appointment - call us  to discuss the possibility of a phone visit instead.
