Clinic Policies


  • Please note that our wait times vary depending on the number of patients and their medical concerns
  • Patient registration will end 30-60 minutes prior to posted closing hours
  • A valid healthcard (OHIP) must be presented at every visit.  Should you not present a valid healthcard upon registration, you will be charged a fee of $50 (minimum).  The fee is refundable within 60 days of the visit with a valid healthcard that covers the date of service and the original receipt.
  • Other provinces (excluding Quebec), must present a valid provincial healthcard on every visit.  Without a valid provincial healthcard, you will be charged a fee of $50 (minimum) per visit that is not refundable. 
  • Quebec residence will be charged a non-refundable fee of $50 (minimum) per visit 
  • Out of Country residents will be charged a non-refundable fee of $100 (minimum) per visit. 
  • The clinic is for Walk-in patients only and is not a family practice, therefore we reserve the right to defer any medical treatment, prescription, completion of medical forms.  We also do not provide complete physicals.  Please visit your family doctors for this.
  • There are a number of services that are not OHIP covered, ie., sick notes, travel advice, etc...  See our complete list of non-ohip covered services, or speak with one of our staff. 
  • Narcotic medications are NOT kept on our premises and our doctors will not offer prescriptions renewals for narcotics, sedative-hypnotics or stimulants to any walk-in patients.  Such medications include but are not limited to the following, Oxycontin, Percocet, Percodan, Tylenol 2 and 3, Benzodiazpines, Ritalin and Adderall.
